#Greggs reopens tomorrow. For its customers who can’t work out what 2 metres is, they’ve made it easy. You have to stand 15 sausage rolls apart 🙄🙈 pic.twitter.com/SxdxjGuALV

Greggs To Reopen Tomorrow

Handmade Burger and Sussex Pork Chops
Rather than expose yourselves to the
risk of COVID19 in an overcrowded supermarket, buy produce from your
local shops which are plentifully stocked and are not crowded with
people standing cheek by jowl.
Here are two meals I had on Sunday, a handmade burger and a fine Sussex pork loin chop that I bought from my good friend Derek Stott of D and D Family Butchers, his shop operates a strict policy of no more than two people in at any one time.
The burger was garnished with onion, pickled gherkins, cheese, tomato ketchup and a fried egg.
Factoid: I am not a fan of gourmet burgers served in pubs these days, as they are overwhelmed by the ciabatta or whatever artisan loaf is served with them. Keep it simple with an old fashioned, factory made, burger bun that doesn't detract from the flavour and texture of the burger itself!
The pork chop (which was humongous) I had naked, apart from apple sauce and mustard. It was bloody marvellous!

New Season Sussex Lamb Chops
Rather than expose yourselves to the
risk of COVID19 in an overcrowded supermarket, buy produce from your
local shops which are plentifully stocked and are not crowded with
people standing cheek by jowl.
Here are some fantastic new season Sussex lamb chops that I bought from my good friend Derek Stott of D and D Family Butchers, his shop operates a strict policy of no more than two people in at any one time.
The chops were exceptionally tender and mouthwateringly flavoursome (I ate four).
